Chad Butts

Founder & President · CPC, MBA

Chad is the driving force behind InterHealth and is responsible for the financial strength and stability of the organization, and he brings that same business acumen to our clients' practices. He began his billing career as a Certified Professional Coder after earning his MBA, and since the beginning of InterHealth he has built a strong reputation on lasting relationships with every client. His deep knowledge of medical billing and of running a practice has earned the trust of hundreds of healthcare professionals.

Chad enjoys hunting, offshore fishing, golfing, and time at the lake with his family.

Patrick Quinn

Chief Strategy Officer

Patrick shapes the corporate strategy and leads the strategic planning process alongside the President, and he is responsible for maintaining the company culture set forth in our mission and core values. He began his career in hospitality and retail. An ordained clergyman, business coach, consultant, and published author with masters and doctoral degrees, he brings over 20 years of top level leadership to our growing company.

Heather Barron

Chief Operating Officer

Heather has risen through the ranks to oversee the entire operation serving hundreds of healthcare providers. Across 26 years she has mastered every aspect of revenue cycle management. She is fluent in many healthcare software platforms as well as ICD-10 and CMS regulations, and she is exceptional at troubleshooting billing issues to keep clients running efficiently for their patients.

Bryan Busby

Chief Information Officer

Bryan maintains our state of the art technology platforms and ensures the daily connectivity and integrity of our clients' protected health information. He holds a degree in engineering and has spent over 30 years in healthcare technology and information systems management. Across his long tenure with IHS he has shown an impeccable work ethic that keeps our systems running smoothly for client support and reporting.

Terrie Tolbert

Director of Human Resources · CPC

Terrie began her career in anesthesia billing in 1990 while studying accounting at Troy State University in Montgomery. She started as an entry level billing associate, and within two years her work ethic and attention to detail earned her a promotion to accounts payable and payroll manager while she continued in anesthesia billing. Over the years she has successfully onboarded several anesthesia groups and managed their billing. She has experience in provider credentialing and earned her CPC with the American Academy of Professional Coders in 2009. She currently serves as Director of Human Resources, continues to work in anesthesia billing, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
